"Thou Lovest Even Me"
1. O ruler of Creation, of beauteous realms unknown,
And Universes, Time and space, Thou claimest as Thine own;
Whose pow’r is e’er expanding, Whose Love cannot be told,
How can it be that even I am counted in Thy fold?
2. So endless Thy Creations, so glorious infinite,
That mortal mind can only glimpse the wonders of Thy might.
Beyond my pow’r to see, to know, to dream or understand,
Is e’er thy greatness! Can it be Thou hold’st me in Thy hand?
3. With earnest supplication, for Truths I ever yearn,
And find full understanding beyond my pow’r to earn;
But loving reassurance uplifts my soul to Thee,
For comes a constant, sweet refrain: “Thou lovest even me.
